They are a prime contractor for Work Choice and also run a range of local and health authority contracts for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Pluss also offer paid traineeships within our Social Enterprises. Pluss is part-funded by the European Social Fund. The European Social Fund in England is investing in jobs and skills focusing on people who need support the most and helping them fulfil their potential. They currently develop, deliver and manage a range of innovative employability programmes on behalf of DWP (Work Choice prime contractor), a number of local authorities, NHS, European Social Fund and the Skills Funding Agency.
